Experienced and Caring
An Expert Team For Your Needs
Our team is organized and ready to provide responsive services for your program. Do you have an admission that needs assessment at 2 AM? We can handle that. Does your client need a work letter by the end of the day? We can take care of that too.
We offer on-call service daily from 6 AM to 3 AM PST, with admissions available until 3 AM PST each day. Our dedicated team of on-call triage nurses and providers is available on-demand, and our operations staff is ready to assist with any logistical issues that may arise.
We also have dedicated administrative staff to manage a variety of daily needs, including insurance documentation, work letters, and FMLA requests. Additionally, our providers are available for day-to-day insurance and utilization review and facilitate doctor-to-doctor communications and prior authorizations.
24/7 Support
We assist patients in withdrawing from all substances as comfortably as possible. This includes detoxification from alcohol, benzodiazepines, opiates, sedatives, and amphetamines. Our detox management protocols are designed to optimize patient comfort and safety during this critical early stage of recovery. Our team of experts provides compassionate care with 24/7 availability to administer and manage any necessary medications or protocols.
Evidence-Based Care That Your Clients Need
Effective prescription and medication management are essential for your client’s successful rehabilitation. We handle all of your client’s medications during treatment, including psychiatric medications. Our services include the most current, evidence-based Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) options such as Suboxone, Sublocade, Naltrexone, and Vivitrol.
Expert Medical Screenings
Upon intake, every client undergoes comprehensive medical screenings to evaluate both their physical and mental health. All patients receive a complete history, physical examination, and a thorough psychiatric evaluation within three hours of arrival. This is documented in accordance with strict insurance requirements. Our team of providers is qualified to diagnose and treat conditions related to addiction, as well as address a variety of psychiatric and medical issues. Additionally, our laboratory partners assist in the timely screening for health problems related to addiction.

On-Demand Treatment For Your Client Needs
Our team is here for your patients when they need assistance the most. Throughout the day, clients in treatment may experience a range of medical issues, from sore throats to seasonal allergies. Our staff is skilled in addressing a variety of urgent and primary care concerns and can see your patients with minimal delay. Instead of making frequent trips to the local urgent care, consider using our on-call telemedicine service—this is the type of service your clients expect.
When appropriate, we utilize telemedicine technology to care for your patients responsibly. Our team is available for patient admissions and on-call services until 3 AM PST every day.
